The TANNUR restaurant takes its name from an Arabic term that refers to a clay oven that was discovered during the excavation of the hotel. It also has a secondary meaning related to the history of the neighborhood: it is where the ancient artisans worked on large stone containers that were part of the leather tanning process. At TANNUR, we offer a daily breakfast, lunch and dinner à la carte with a more international gastronomic concept yet without abandoning our roots.
