La gastronomía de El Llorenç Parc de la Mar gira en torno a DINS, el restaurante con estrella Michelin del chef mallorquín Santi Taura. Una cocina de raíz local y memoria isleña en el casco antiguo de Palma, que se completa con el desayuno y la propuesta del espacio Urbà.
