What time is check-in?
We guarantee that your room will be ready by 3 pm. However, if you arrive before this time and the room is ready, we will be happy to let you enter it.
What time must I vacate the room?
You must vacate your room before 12 noon. You may check out at a later time at an extra cost, depending on availability.

How far is the hotel from the city centre?
The hotel is situated in the La Calatrava district, right in the centre of Palma. Many of the city's famous sites, such as the Arab Baths (450 m), Santa-María de Mallorca Cathedral (700 m) and Sa Llotja (1 km) are just a few minutes' walk away.
Are there any restaurants close to the hotel?
Yes, there are many different types of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines in all price ranges very close by. But don't forget to try Restaurant Urbà on the hotel's rooftop and the Michelin-starred DINS Santi Taura, located on the ground floor of the hotel.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is a car park for guests at a cost of €37/night. If you wish to book a space, please call 971 677 770 or send an email to info@elllorenc.com. Drive your car up to the hotel entrance and we will park your car when you arrive. We will also arrange the ACIRE permit allowing you access to the La Calatrava area for the duration of your stay.
Is there free WIFI?
Yes, there is free high-speed WIFI throughout the hotel.
Does the hotel have a swimming pool?
Yes, the hotel has the longest infinity pool in the old town, surrounded by a sun terrace with sun beds, Balinese beds and designer parasols. It is located on the rooftop, which has stunning views of the bay and of Palma's old town. It is for the exclusive use of our guests.
Does the hotel have a gym?
Yes, we have a fully equipped gym, open 24 hours a day. You can also book private classes with a personal trainer by contacting info@elllorenc.com
Is there a laundry service?
Yes, we provide a laundry service Mondays to Saturdays (except holidays).
Is it possible to smoke in the hotel?
No, the hotel is a smoke-free zone, so smoking is not permitted. If you wish to smoke, you must do so outside the premises.

To cancel or amend your booking, please send an email to: reservations@ellorenc.com. Our team will review your cancellation policy and inform you about your options. If the booking has been made through an agency (Booking, Expedia, etc.), you should contact the agency directly.
What is the tourist tax and how much is it?
The tourist tax is a tax on tourism stays that is used to fund environmental conservation and sustainability projects. The Eco-tax is currently €4 + VAT per guest per day.
What is the best way to get to the hotel from the airport?
The best way to get to the hotel is by car, either by rental car or via a transfer that picks you up at the airport and leaves you at the hotel entrance.
